  • Tea Party This annual social event, held on October 4, 2009, was hosted by Mrs. Jackie Stirr of Canadensis. It was a lovely afternoon and many new friendships were forged. This event would have made Queen Elizabeth herself proud.
  • Craft Fair The Ladies Guild participated at the annual Craft Fair at Mons. McHugh on November 22, 2009. The “Heavenly Desserts Cookbooks” and the new Christmas “Gifts in a Jar” were the featured specials. The Prayer Shawl was on display and raffle tickets were sold for the Heavenly Geese hand-made quilt.

  • Chili Dinner This special Ladies Guild Annual “social event” was a hot success as a full course meal was served for only $5 on February 21, 2010. The delicious chili was gone by 2p.m. Maloney Hall looked like a mini Tijuana!

We welcome your ideas and accept your constructive criticism.

    Ladies Guild
    Quilt Raffle

The quilt raffle drawing was held after the 11:00 Mass on Mother's Day, May 9th, 2010.  The lucky winner was Rose Marie Milazzo.  Father Ed is pictured here drawing the winning ticket

Madeleine’s mantra for the Ladies Guild can be found in the Bible:

“Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; and there are varieties of ministries, but the same Lord; and there are varieties of workings, but the same God, who works all things in all.”           . . . 1 Corinthians 12, 4 - 6
